“I am too old to fight wild fires but I know The Supply Cache has good quality products and some that are great for just fire prevention and keeping your chainsaw in top readiness. I use the Kestrel that I purchased a long while back to give me wind and humidity conditions while horsepacking into the wilderness, and my chainsaw that I use outside of wilderness on the access routes has the padded saw cover that makes getting to those downfalls that block the trail far safer and comfortable. My few orders were fast to arrive and always in good condition.”

Ryan, The Incident Response Pocket Guide is updated to a new edition every few years. 2025 is a year that they underwent this revision. As was noted on the website, we were waiting for the new edition from the publisher.

“Excellent site for unusual tools. I found what I was looking for at a reasonable price. The quality of the hoe is exceptional. Very heavy metal and wonderfully smooth and strong handle. It will easily perform the work I need to accomplish. Delivery was quick and item was packed well. Will definately look to this site the next time I need an unusual tool.”

“Really happy with the gear I’ve purchased only thing is if you use shop it doesn’t give you a estimated time frame until your package is already being shipped, just a little bummer since you have no idea when your stuff will enter the shipping but nothing crazy.”

“This store was unable to process a return due to incorrect card information for the full price of the item and its shipping cost. I was buying work supplies and was told to use a different card buy my organization after I had already made the purchase. They were not able to accommodate my needs and I ended up incurring $30 of personal shipping costs for a reason out of my control. Not a positive customer service experience.”
