“This store was unable to process a return due to incorrect card information for the full price of the item and its shipping cost. I was buying work supplies and was told to use a different card buy my organization after I had already made the purchase. They were not able to accommodate my needs and I ended up incurring $30 of personal shipping costs for a reason out of my control. Not a positive customer service experience.”

Brian, There is a spot in the checkout process to add an order note. This is where you would add your PO, name or any other notes you would need to tell which order belongs to whom.

Wayne, Three emails were sent to the email that you provided upon ordering. A shipping notification, an out for delivery email and a delivery notification. Each of those emails contained your USPS tracking number. Please check your SPAM or junk folder as the computer generated emails sometimes end up there.

“I was a professional Firefighter for 33 yrs. Supply Cache had the components I needed for my home WUI kit. Everything I ordered was in stock, high quality, and delivered very quickly. I placed an order for some other items from another company (to save a few dollars) and was told 4-6 wks out and still have not received them. I will order from Supply Cache only going forward.”

“The service was great.. .good turn around time from order to receipt of my purchase. I met a guy named Mike that worked for Supply Cache way back in 2003 at AZ wildfire academy. Have made several orders over the years and it is my only go to for wlidland anything! My dept. now orders from Supply Cache as well. Keep on keeping on and we will continue supporting your business. Stephen, Thank you for your feedback. Shipping notices are automatically sent to the email on record. Because these emails are computer generated they sometimes end up in SPAM folders.
