“Has a pretty good range of products, well displayed and laid out. Prices are sometimes higher than other sources. Customer service is not great, the young lady doesn't know the product very well but may learn, the man is opinionated and domineering.”

“After initially receiving an empty box in the first delivery! I was eventually sent the complete item which is as described online. The service by the delivery company was first class with email and text contact throughout and choices of when to deliver, and delivery time predicted to the hour.”

“I was disapointed with not being able to get a price in US Dollars for the items I submitted an order for. I was told to GOOGLE it. I asked for an email confirmation of the items which I have yet to receive. I do not know when I will receive my order.”

“The items I have bought from The Toolpost have always been dispatched promptly and arrived in perfect order. My only reservation regards prices, which are definitely on the expensive side, and quoting without VAT, which is pathetic in this day and age. I've no doubt the majority of their custom is not to businesses, so the price should be inclusive; self employed turners etc. are capable of working things out for themselves. Also, it costs nothing like Â£5 odd to dispatch a DVD, as Amazon sellers will testify.”
