“Purchased a stepped light pull drive and drill bit. Service was good but I did think the delivery was a bit much, carrier was yodel who are useless. Drill bit broke on second project, contacted toolpost and they were again good and despatched a replacement which arrived the following morning by Royal Mail. This did make me think why didn’t they deliver this way on the original order, quicker and cheaper!”

Good morning. We're glad the replacement drill arrived. The reason we don't use Royal Mail si that the insurance for our products and our customers isn't up to what we expect - as ever, you get what you pay for. Everything is fine until it's not, and then it's a real headache with Royal Mail. For goods with a value of upto £30 we use Yodel, but for anything over £30 and under 30kg it's a fixed charge of £7.85 and is handled by Parcel Force. Over the past 20 years we have dealt with many handlers, and thus far, Parcel Force are the most effective and versitile. I hope this clarifies things. “Brilliant service from both Toolpost and Parcel Force. Ordered chuck yesterday at 12.57pm and delivered today at 3.04pm. I haven't useed it yet, but I've fitted the jaws and it's sweet as a nut.”
