“My husband needed a replacement chuck key for a Nova Scroll chuck, as the original one was lost under a pile of sawdust - and other debris - in his shed. At a loss to know how to identify it and order it, I sent an email to Toolpost and was helped enormously. The chuck key in question arrived the day after I ordered it. Now that's what I call brilliant service.”

“Toolpost service was very good, was t sure exactly what I needed, but the helpful lady went through everything and I ordered the kit. Sadly they were let done by their carrier Parcel Force who were 3 days late delivering, and on the second shipment 24hrs early. I did complain, Toolpost were very helpful again, in fact one of their senior managers came back. Great service and product is good, but what is a well run company is let done by the customer facing carrier.”

“Ordering was simple, delivery efficient and quick and price reasonable. I have yet to try these 'Hamlet' brand replacements for worn out woodturning tools but they look well made and feel comfortable in the hand.”
