“This is my third order I have placed with Wright Bros Ltd. Delivery arrived fine and placed in safe place as instructed to dpd. Overall, happy with the selection and quality of the fish. I will look forward to eating these in due course. I will order again from Wright Bros Ltd”

“Generally the deliveries I've had have been really good, unfortunately the fresh fish I ordered this time arrived frozen, whilst this wasn't a major problem it was disappointing. Saying that though the quality of the fish etc is first class.”

“We did not receive our order due to difficulties with the delivery company - despite our having had several orders from you before. You did your best and offered discount on our next order plus full refund but a disappointing experience this time.”

“Delivery on time and we’ll packaged. Quality looks good. We tried the long cut salmon for a family party and the taste was excellent, all disappeared very fast.”

“Two experiences 1. I was disappointed to get an email at 11pm the night before my last delivery telling me that the sardines I had ordered were being substituted with mackerel. I already had mackerel in the order so I asked for the fillets to be removed and to get a refund for the sardines. I had NO response and the mackerel fillets arrived. Now that delivery comes via DPD and not your own van the response is less flexible. 2. On the previous occasion the fish was left in my front garden in the rain and not with neighbours as instructed (I did complain about this and got a response from customer services which was good - photos below) I feel the service level has deteriorated compared to 6 months ago.”

“Completely blown away - both by the quality of the food and by the incredible customer service. DPD “lost” our original order, and Robin pulled out every single stop to get us our replacement so we could take it all on holiday with us. Incredible. And so so happy to support an independent, family business. Will be ordering again and again. Can’t stop thinking about those oysters!”

“The smoked salmon was very good. The oysters were a gift to a friend; This was a second order as the first had defrosted during transit.”
