“Always excellent service and fish. A couple of items in our order weren’t available but a very nice bloke phoned and discussed alternatives with us. A nice touch rather than just missing these out. We were very content with his suggestions. The quality of the fish is exceptional and delivery is really good.”

“I had challenges with two failed deliveries and this caused a major issue for an organised event. Not down to Wright Brothers but DPD but to say these guys were amazing at trying to sort things out and take care of the customer. Seafood does look amazing ! Thanks”

“Easy to place an order which was delivered as promised. Not 5* because I was offered 25% off 1st order only after my order had been placed. However that was quickly and efficiently sorted so I would be happy to shop here again.”

“A very disappointing meal at the Battersea Power Station restaurant today. The meal was expensive & the staff were indifferent. We weren’t shown the Specials board and no suggestions offered for side dishes to accompany the main courses. The hake & mashed potato was the most unappetising looking dish ever seen. The £90 dish had to be sent back as the beef was under cooked, resulting in some members of our party waiting for others to finish, no apology was given or even a discount offered. A very different experience to our previous 2 visits to your South Kensington restaurant. This was a birthday celebration meal, it put a damper on the occasion, thanks!!!”

“Generally the deliveries I've had have been really good, unfortunately the fresh fish I ordered this time arrived frozen, whilst this wasn't a major problem it was disappointing. Saying that though the quality of the fish etc is first class.”
