“The seafood was very fresh and very good quality. Packaging was all recyclable and kept everything chilled or frozen with dry ice. I had a minor issue with my oder, but the team were very friendly and responsive. The issue was resolved quickly with no drama or fuss. Will very happily use these guys again for future orders of seafood!”

“First order & won’t be the last. Informed service from the minute the order placed. DPD delivery excellent, packaging recyclable and fish delivered beautifully. Quality second to none, not one oyster failed. Scallops absolutely delicious, have kept the shells and will order a box next time. Carlingford oysters for me on flesh & flavour. Jersey for him for same reason. Order them all and find your favourite - you won’t be disappointed 10/10 service, quality & above all, taste ⭐️”

“I have used Wright Brothers a number of times and are generally my preference over others such as Fish For Thought. However today i have been left really disappointed with a last minute refund of the Clams i ordered, which were the main ingredient for my planned dinner party tomorrow. I now dont have time to source others. More fustratingly i had to make up the order to £50 for other items i like but dont really need right now. It will make me think again about ordering from you, which is a real shame.”

Our supplier let us down at the very last minute as a result of bad weather conditions and shortages, and we informed you as soon as our operations team sent us the updates on this matter. “Unfortunately your current delivery service is appalling. The last two orders have been spoilt because of it. I have made complaints on both occasions and they were dealt with, but unfortunately I will not be ordering home delivery again until your distribution method is improved.”
