Dear David, Thank you for your feedback. We are sincerely sorry you did not receive the Crab in your seafood box. Due to the weather and conditions our team could not source fresh crab. We can assure you a full refunded for the crab has been issued. Although we are glad to hear that you enjoyed the rest of your order, we apologise that it was not up to your expectations. As this product is supplied already packed, we are prohibited to open them, due to Health and Safety regulations. Wright Brothers deliver the same high quality fish as you find in their restaurants. We have two teenagers who normally dislike fish but due to the quality, enjoy eating Wright Brothers fish.

Honestly, about 3/4 of the oysters barely had anything in them. All of them would not be served in your restaurants because they looked so puny..

made my first order with Wright Bros but sadly it never arrived. full refund efficiently made by Wright Bros but disappointed that the courier company was so hopeless and that I never got to taste the great looking seafood on the website. might pluck up courage to make another order one day.
