“I ordered 36 oysters and we had to throw 14 of them away, some were open and some had no liquid in when they were shucked, we couldn’t take the risk and eat them. Customer service sent a generic response to my initial complaint and have now ignored my last email, it’s not how I expect to be treated when something goes wrong.”

We just wanted to sincerely apologise again for the disappointment caused on the oysters in your recent delivery. As explained, it truly was not our intention to ignore your email, as it came through later in the evening on the weekend our office was closed and could not respond until Monday morning. “This is our second delivery from Wright Bros. Oysters and Clams were 5 out of 5. Lobster claws tasty but a bit watery this time. Crab and crevettes good. Mussels ok.”

“First class service, thank you. From the point of order through delivery and the final product, very impressed. Order arrived on agreed date with plenty of communication before, and the packaging was excellent. Have only tried a third of the order to date, a fresh seabass which was well prepared, enormous and very tasty. Will definitely be using you again. Cheers Bob”

“My oysters arrived looking great and the packaging was perfect. However I wrote to customer service asking whether I could place an order for more oysters on a continual weekly basis and was told that I could not. You want a review but are turning business away?!”

“Box delivered was for my Dad’s 90th Birthday. He was over the moon with the crab meat and smoked trout saying the flavours of both were the best he had tasted in a long while. More please he says. Fantastic experience 10 out of 10.”
