Absolutely fantastic. Beautifully prepared, trouble free cooking and used your brown crab dressing. The 1.5kg was sufficient for the 3 of us. Delivery was excellent. No wonder turbot is king of flat fish. Will certainly have this again plus will order Farne Island salmon and cooked lobster plus dressed crab. Thank you for my birthday treat

The last order I received was on 10 June order number 27304. The box was delivered by courier company DPD. It was dumped outside my front door, the courier rang the bell and left immediately after taking a photo so I didn't get to see this person. If I had seen him I would have refused to accept this box. The box was squashed and the bottom was open. The dry ice had melted and the only reason the fish packets were cool was thanks to the rapidly defrosting frozen prawns. After talking to your Customer Service person Marika, I received a derisory £10 voucher to be used on my next order. I can tell you now this will not happed until you stop using DPD. They are the worst company you could have chosen. I will return to Wright Bros. when you no longer use DPD and not before.

Superb quality shellfish. Unfortunately the clams arrived damaged but they resolved the issue almost immediately, excellent customer service and will definitely be ordering again soon.

Our order was for Turbot, Oysters and Scallops. The food was excellent quality and delicious. The Scallops were nice and large and sweet. The Turbot was a very good size for four and may have served one more but we love our fish. the Oysters were a little small but amazing flavour. The recipes were very helpful too, which we used and really good. We will definitely look to ordering again. Thank you

I ordered oysters and mussels the goods arrived unchilled 5 of the 24 oysters were open, the mussels are inedible and smelt horrible. E mail sent to customer services no reply. Very dissatisfied paying for a premium premium product and recieving such bad quality.

This is a rating for the customer service provided rather than a particular product. Acid test of any company is how they deal with post-order queries and resolution of same and Wright Brothers passed with flying colours. Particular thanks to Marika from their customer service team.

We have always enjoyed going to Wright Brothers near Borough Market and it was a delight to be able get that same experience at home. The oysters were especially mind-blowing. Every oyster was fresh and delicious.

Really amazed how we got such delicious fish -- things we cannot get locally. Everything arrived well packaged and cool. The dry ice had dissolved so wouldn't have managed much longer than the handoff from DPD but the Dover Sole and white crabmeat were just delicious!

Delicious selection of seafood. The scallops and king prawns are my favourites. Delivery time a bit of a problem - 5.30 to 6.30, could have done with an earlier slot.
