“I’ve taken online courses before via The CE Shop. This time I needed to swap out a course that I no longer needed. I was told by the online customer service person that there is a “policy” and he couldn’t do it because the deadline was so close. I asked for a copy of the written “policy”, or to direct me where I could find the “policy”. I was told it was a “none customer facing policy”. I’ll leave this right here.”

“I am taking a real estate course to become an agent. The course is very informative and covers all of the bases. If I had one complaint it would be when I have to look up the answer to a question on the pretest it is very hard to narrow down which study guide to look in. Other than that the course is awesome and I would recommend this course to anyone”

“The courses I took were informative. I took two for different designations. The first, FSR was almost immediately available to NAR for me to submit my application. The second, MRP was not. After waiting five days, I contacted the school and they told me it was not their responsibility to report it to NAR, funny they did the FSR. After two weeks, I was able to get assistance through NAR and had to send my certificate. I have little respect for a company that says it is not their responsibility.”
