“Course work and management of site excellent. Certification was a nightmare. I would give 5 stars if not for horrible waits on hold and confusing directions in the certification process. Live chat was virtually not helpful. When I reached support they did a good job but it took me five hours to contact support. My last hold was 2.5 hours.”

Hello William. First off, I'm happy to hear you enjoyed our courses and site. I'm sorry to hear that you had some issues with the certification process. I looked back at your interactions with our Support Team and it looks like you had chatted with us a few times and you were directed to the state commission to resolve the issue as we had done everything we could on our end. “I’ve taken online courses before via The CE Shop. This time I needed to swap out a course that I no longer needed. I was told by the online customer service person that there is a “policy” and he couldn’t do it because the deadline was so close. I asked for a copy of the written “policy”, or to direct me where I could find the “policy”. I was told it was a “none customer facing policy”. I’ll leave this right here.”

“Great experience and really liked the advantage of doing the classes at my own pace. I purchased all three post-licensing courses at once and it was a huge savings and also held me accountable to complete these before the expiration date. Would highly recommend The CE Shop.”

“I am taking a real estate course to become an agent. The course is very informative and covers all of the bases. If I had one complaint it would be when I have to look up the answer to a question on the pretest it is very hard to narrow down which study guide to look in. Other than that the course is awesome and I would recommend this course to anyone”
