“I felt like the CE Shop did not prepare me adequately for the Washington State Real Estate exam. Even though I was getting a 90% or above on my practice state and national exams provided by the CE Shop, I did not pass the state portion the first time and had to retake it. When I used the Rockwell textbook, I felt more prepared to pass the exam and passed it the second time I took it after studying the textbook provided by Rockwell. I would recommend taking the course through Rockwell Institute in the future.”

Our courses are designed around the topics prescribed by each state's real estate commission and they are in alignment with the licensing exam topics. Over 76% of our students reported that they passed their exams on the first try. “Course work and management of site excellent. Certification was a nightmare. I would give 5 stars if not for horrible waits on hold and confusing directions in the certification process. Live chat was virtually not helpful. When I reached support they did a good job but it took me five hours to contact support. My last hold was 2.5 hours.”

I looked back at your interactions with our Support Team and it looks like you had chatted with us a few times and you were directed to the state commission to resolve the issue as we had done everything we could on our end. “I’ve taken online courses before via The CE Shop. This time I needed to swap out a course that I no longer needed. I was told by the online customer service person that there is a “policy” and he couldn’t do it because the deadline was so close. I asked for a copy of the written “policy”, or to direct me where I could find the “policy”. I was told it was a “none customer facing policy”. I’ll leave this right here.”

“I am taking a real estate course to become an agent. The course is very informative and covers all of the bases. If I had one complaint it would be when I have to look up the answer to a question on the pretest it is very hard to narrow down which study guide to look in. Other than that the course is awesome and I would recommend this course to anyone”
