“The learning style sucks and makes it hard to comprehend the material long term. I've taken several practice exams, and still can reach over a 70% in appraisals. I really wish it had more videos and audio material. I feel this has been a waste of money and time. I should've gone back to Champions. I passed my exams the first try.”

Hello Maketra. Thank you for that feedback. I'm sorry to hear that the learning style we use doesn't work for you as a learner. One of the benefits of our courses is that they are living documents. We are always updating them with the most relevant information. We simply don't have the resources to update videos and audio components for all of our courses across the whole country. We do our best to include videos and audio components where we can.

“Easy to navigate. If you have to close out and return later, it resumes where you left. Nice system and a good choice of continuing ed classes! They promptly sent the the CE's completion to the commission and that is so important!!”

“It takes more than six hours to finish this course. Hardly moved from the computer. Took over 8 hours to complete the course.”

Hello Donna. Thank you for providing that feedback. The state determines the minimum amount of hours our courses can take but since they are self-paced that hour limit isn't always exact. Everybody learns at a different pace and sometimes that means it will take longer to complete the course. “I like the classes, but a few expired before I could finish and others were in double, so I paid for a lot of classes that I could not take in time ...I am licensed broker in Washington, DC and Maryland and am currently taking real estate classes in Hawaii”

“The worst continuing education that I've taken. Poorly written, long on social issues, weak on content. I would not recommend. Even if offered for free.”

Hello Holly. I'm happy to hear that you liked our course. I am not sure why our 45 hours wouldn't fulfill your renewal requirements. There are only three states that require that many hours for renewal and our offering has full coverage in those states. “I think the class was great but the State portion lacked when I had to take the state twice and when I went over everything twice there were still many questions on the exam I did not see on all of the study material an all the practice tests I took I think I got lucky to pass it the last time”

“I would recommend anywhere except the CR shop. Does not prepare you for exams whatsoever. The course work is pointless and I would be better prepared reading a real estate exam book rather than wasting 30 hours of training PAYING these people to teach absolutely nothing.”

Our courses are designed around the topics prescribed by each state's real estate commission and they are in alignment with the licensing exam topics. Over 76% of our students reported that they passed their exams on the first try.
