CE Shop offers relevant topics for today's residential and commercial real estate professional. In case appointments interfere with the courses, don't fear! The courses are easy to rejoin at the point of departure. Highly recommended.

Just 3 months ago I had no knowledge of the Real Estate world and after I completed the course, I actually did pretty well on the licensing exam. Thank You!

Hi Victor. I'm sorry that our courses didn't suit your learning style. While it would be great to have more video, and we do offer it when we can, it would be incredibly challenging to create new video content for all of the different states, rules, and regulations as they are constantly in flux. We work hard to make our content engaging in other ways by using quizzes and other interactive opportunities.

I like your service but feel the questions should be more straightforward with a clearly presented correct answer and NOT a potential for a second incorrect possibility offered for an answer.

Love taking the classes at my own pace and my time! LOVE the Code of Ethics class this time. Hated the Taxes and Real Estate class - thought it was going to be taxes relative to agents and filing their taxes.

You can start and stop at your convenience which is extremely important in our business. I don’t have time to sit for 3 plus hours in front of the computer. Pricing seems in line and it’s very thorough.

I love the easy format and the easy sections so that you can retain the information easily. Highly recommended. Easy and efficient. An immediate certificate and the lessons are State-specific and cover the classes needed..

The CE Shop web site is difficult to navigate. This resulted in time wasted contacting the help desk. Wait time at the help desk line is too long. Better explanations for each session would be helpful. Sessions tended to be a bit wordy and drifted from the subject matter.

I really appreciated the convenience of the CE Shop to obtain the credits I needed for renewal of my license. I was able to do it from the comforts of my home at this troubling time. That was very important to me.

The courses were well presented, easy to follow, and the interface worked properly without any hitches. Credit was sent timely to the real estate commission. The prices were fair. I will use them again

Had I realized it was a test in retention/reading, I would have not purchased the classes. I retain all I can when I'm verbally taught. Not so good at concentrating on every word as I read and our online CE classes and our normal CE classes certainly are not a test in retention. I thought the class was going to be a video with a teacher, so was just disappointed that I had to find time to read for hours. I did not take the second class I signed up and paid for. Thanks!

Hi Wendy. I'm sorry that our courses didn't suit your learning style. We've found that most students learn best by reviewing material and then affirming what they've learned with quick tests. While it would be great to have more video, and we do offer it when we can, it would be incredibly challenging to create new video content for all of the different states, rules, and regulations as they are constantly in flux.

I had problems with their server being down for an entire weekend...the error code that came up stated it was a problem with their server. I could not take any classes the entire weekend. I spoke with a live person as soon as I discovered the problem and was told, “IT doesn’t work weekends.” WHAT? Not even remote access? What kind of IT Department do they have. It then happened again, this time however it wasn’t all the classes that were suffering a server error, it was just certain classes that couldn’t be accessed. I again talked to one of their employees and was told, “We’re not for everyone.” Doesn’t seem like the right answer to me. This company is like so many companies these days that doesn’t give a whit about customer service. I WILL NOT use them again. I’m willing to bet my good reputation that this review does NOT stand a chance of getting posted and CE Shop WILL continue to offer sub-standard customer support...Shixxy support is good enough is how they feel. I communicated by phone and Live Chat.

Hi Jeffrey. First of all, I want to apologize for the interruptions to your learning. I'm not sure why you were told our IT Team doesn't work on weekends but, they do. Especially when it comes to issues with the servers being down. That said, in the past year, there hasn't been any point in time when the servers have gone down for more than a few hours at a time. It sounds like there may have been an error with your account specifically and I am sorry our Support Team wasn't able to help identify that for you. We do care about our customer service and I'm sorry you had a negative experience. We do not believe in taking down reviews. We do believe in taking feedback from our students and working to improve.
