I don’t mind the colour but it’s dark brown for sure (darker than my natural colour which I would say is a medium brown and feels like it has a reddish base not a neutral one). Was hoping for this to be my go to from now on but I’m thinking I’ll be back to the hairdresser unfortunately. Really wanted to love this.”

Hi Kate, Sorry you weren't happy with your colour result. The colour will soften a little bit and it always a bit brighter or darker than its accurate colour level immediately after colouring. You may find that you are happier with your colour in a day or two. We are happy to advise on how you can soften the colour, and also to suggest a colour which you may be happier with, which could be a dark blonde base, not a brown base. The level 6 is an accurate light brown colour, and it may be that you preferred to see a colour which is two levels lighter such as a dark blonde colour. We can help you slightly soften your existing colour without a lightening process, or to achieve a colour which is lighter with a lightening process if you prefer as well, and we are happy to help 7 days a week.
