“I LOVE LOVE the shade, it provides reliable results that are even, I’ve previously had problems with other colours clinging to my roots. The expertise of the colour specialists is second to none, they were so accessible and helpful. I won’t be using anything else now. Hi Genevieve, I'm sorry you didn't get the result you wanted. Rapid colour fade is unusual but can be seen when the colour wasn't absorbed sufficiently during the colour application process. This can happen when hair is either quite porous or damaged, when the hair can not adequately absorb the colour or hold the colour, leading to colour leakage and rapid colour fade. “Loved the colour and the coverage over my grey hair areas was great. I had no irritation like I had with other hair dyes. Also I bought 2 dyes thinking I wouldn't have enough with just the one as my hair is thick and past my shoulders but I had more than enough with just one lot of hair dye. Wish I could buy more of the shampoo and conditioner. I will upload a photo when I redo my hair as it's been 3 weeks since I dyed it.”

“I have been allergic to hair dye for now 17 years. After the extensive research, i finally decided to try Shade hairdye, as i was not ready yet to embrace my grey hair. “Your always sceptical about trying new products especially hair products, but my cousins wife told me about the Shade and left a great review and I decided to try it, I don’t have time to sit in a salon for hours so this worked great for me & it was easy to applicate and do it at home by myself. Got so many compliments on my new hair & I love the colour. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”
