“Requested next day delivery and paid extra for it but that didn't happen instead I got the hand cream 3 days after purchase so did feel robbed cuz I might as well done ordinary 2 -3 day delivery. Really haven't experienced this before now uncertain if I'll ever choose next day delivery a second time.”

Hi, Sorry you were disappointed with your order. Next Day orders must be placed on our website before 12 noon (Mon-Thurs only) in order for them to get delivered the following day. Your order was placed Tuesday evening and was therefore shipped Wed and delivered the following day.

“The soap came quickly and of good quality. No problems there. I didn't like the label. For some reason I was expecting it to say Distinguished Gentleman Soap and larger brighter print for the perfume name. I shall give it to my son for his birthday as he has a preference for soap over detergent. However I shall feel I am giving something below special because of it's visual impact on me.”
