“I purchased this as a present for my sister. Upon receipt the shower gel had leaked a little it smelt absolutely amazing. I did report the leak and they sent a replacement without hesitation ! I will definitely be ordering again from this company. They provided excellent customer service”

Hi Selina, Very sorry you were not happy with your purchase. We have not received this feedback before. The products you purchased are made in the UK using the same formulations, so I'm unsure why they would not compare to your previous experience.
