“High-quality products, beautifully packaged, and delivered without problems. The Orange Blossom Hand Cream has a lovely scent and is a lovely gift.”

“I ordered my item but never received a confirmation. The diffuser never arrived so had to chase them up again. It finally arrived about 1 month after I ordered it. The customer service was however very quick to respond so its definitely more of a logistic problem. The sent yo be honest is OK. I wouldn't buy it again. Packaging is also over the top and not environmentally friendly.”

Hi Andrea, I'm so sorry you never received your email confirmation (these sometimes get trapped in spam filters) and I'm also sorry that the replacement item arrived so late. You'll be glad to know that we are in the process of changing our Naturally European Diffuser packaging to Kraft card, so a little kinder to the planet.

“I bought these for a fun gift and was very impressed with the look of them and the box they arrived in. I don’t know what the shower cocktails are like as yet but I’m sure they’re lovely.”
