“Order I'd 2259846. It's Mandate I give 1* otherwise. Straight up cheating. I placed the order on 17th and past couple of days everyday I get a message out for delivery.. And all of sudden I got a message that Order delivered but I never got the order.. I am taking this to consumer forum will send official letter from consumer court by taking this issue. I have lost money.”

“hey, it's mandatory to give 1 star else they don't deserve any star. the worst shoping website have ever shopped from. they just fool a customer. i ordered a t-shirt and it was not delivered to me at anytime. in starting they showed delivey date and later they removed that also. customer care and their staff is also so wrost that they will not help you ever. they will just fool by saying 48 hours. the worst product based company.”

“I had the worst experience with #thesouledstore. They typically make it a pain to return/exchange things..more than 10days and the issue still not resolved. The Long waiting time and no response to your request. #badservice #unprofessional #disappointed #unhappy #notrecommended”

“I purchased a t shirt few weeks back which first show COD available but during payment COD wasn’t available so I used my card to do the online payment. The card wasn’t used anywhere other then in this site and week later my card got hacked and I lost 15k from my atm card. Don’t use your atm card in this site and the costumer service is so worst they never respond for the problems.”

“I just love the product of souled store as i am a huge fan of wwe.i have purchased more than 20 batches and 11 tshirts and both the products are amazing.i wish i could have more of wwe t-shirts like sting,hulk hogan,hitman heart,triple hhh and lot more.Rest from my side i ll suggest everyone to buy product from souled store.bole to ek no. adda he bawa aur ek no. Products ekdum hard.😉😉😉”

“This is a pathetic store. I ordered one t-shirt from here and they sent me the wrong one! The hilarious part is the return policy. They expect you to the following: Exchange Policy Go through their return policy. Its idiotic for a online business: 1. They expect you to pack it and ship it back to them. 2. They say do no exceed Rs 100 as the shipping cost and they tell you to use speedpost. 3. They will refund the return shipping charges as some 100 points. LOL they expect people to come and buy again? DO NOT SHOP HERE! Total waste of time, especially if you get the wrong product, they want you to put in effort for their mess up! Useless business planning!”

“The main selling point of the store is its creative design on the merchendise am afraid the other areas need to be improved....i for one ordered 4 t-shirts at a time was shocked to find out returns are a little problematic...am happy with the prints but the fit is bad and i dont want to try other sizes since the returns are not easy...also am pretty sure the quality and sizes vary among different shirts although all are supposedly same size...i got one shirt that is definitely bigger than the others can be spotted merely by looking and comparing.....i feel the quality also could be better at Rs.500 ..i could buy very soft high quality t shirts at other stores at similar prices...the ones at souled store a bit rough and the dry plasticky print can be felt on your body when you wear it....but only reason i buy is bcos of the designs if i find another store with that am afraid i would shift.”
