“I have found the fine folk at The Sound Parcel to be very easy to work with. They have been prompt with shipping orders and when the was an expected delay in delivery I would get a friendly phone call to inform me of an estimate of time. “I love the Sound Parcel. 3 rentals, 2 purchases, 1 happy customer. They even sent me a power supply and extended a rental for me. The pedal I had rented could take for voltage, so I wanted to try that. I think they just order one off amazon or something like that. I just had to throw it in with the return. Very cool.”
