“This was my second purchase from TSP. The first transaction was great. I made the purchase online on a Friday. Dave emailed me on Saturday, made arrangements to pick it up around noon the same day. The second and last order, was the total opposite. Purchased online on a Friday, no communication from TSP on the following day. I had to call the shop on Monday to inquire about the status of my order. I thought TSP had the same business practice for all their transactions, I was wrong. Going forward I’ll buy direct from the manufacturer from now on.”

Sorry to read of the frustration with this order. We strive for local pickups to be ready within 2 hours, during normal business hours. Showroom hours are Monday thru Friday 10-5pm, with weekends and evenings by appointment only. As this order was received end of day Friday, and we did not have staff onsite on Saturday for appointments, a pickup was not available this past weekend. Glad that you collected the order on the next business day, in this case Monday morning shortly after opening. We are very sorry to read of the delays with USPS. December was a particularly difficult season for the national carriers, and it seems like USPS is still dealing with some of this fall out in early January 2021. Based on what we've observed with similar orders, this shipment should resolve over the next 7 days. In the mean time we've setup a watch on USPS.com for a bit more visibility on your order. UPDATE: Glad to see USPS delivered the order on January 29, 2021 at 11:09 am. Seems USPS is catching up on the service disruptions and transit times are beginning to return to normal nationally.
