“Peter Toffs (store manager) and Lynn Jones. Absolute credit to the Keynsham store. Went above and beyond to get me an item that was out of stock in store. They got it from Salisbury !!! Incredible. Very very happy customer. So friendly, Kind and Caring. Thank you so much.”

“Found this shop in silverburn by chance. It's absaloutley brilliant. Many toys on Christmas list purchased up to half expected price. Its a really well stocked shop and really reasonably priced.”

“Entertainer made me happy and my younger brother happy because your shop workers are so fun ,hardworking and enjoyable people.and you price are the best price out of any other toy I know .you also have a huge variety of learning toys from books to puzzles and more. Your delivery price are extremely cheap and your click and collect work so well and it is so simple”

“I ordered a trike to be sent to my grandson in New Zealand (they are so expensive over there, so cheaper to send from UK). It failed to arrive after 2 months. DHL, the carriers were useless, but staff at the Entertainer were really helpful and gave me a full refund. Would definitely order from them again if I want to send something to NZ.”

“The Entertainer is a pleasant place to shop at - very child friendly and friendly, helpful staff. There is a wide range of entertaining ideas, from toys to games, arts and crafts and many interesting gadgets to keep children entertained, and they cater for all ages. And the prices are reasonable too and there are always items on sale to keep shoppers interested and coming back for more. It is one of our family favourites!!”
