I have found to measure when ordering clothes and has been the right fit for us anyway as the sizes are on your website. Plus if in doubt can always go into the store to try them on. For delivery it has been fast and also I receive an email to tell me when its on the way. Thank you for making it easier and affordable for me and my family.”

The range of stock available was impressive. It was obvious that the people who work there take an enormous amount of pride in their workplace. “A few days ago at the warehouse in pukekohe An amazing young lady named jasmine I think her name was, she had found my wallet in the toy isle and it had alot of money plus a few items I valued that was in it, she took it upon herself to find the owner she told me she searched the store to find the owner before she was going to hand it in. She found me in tears and was so lovely to me she even helped me shop for my children. What lovely manners she had to. I tried to offer her a $20 bill to say thank you but she refused. Thank you jasmine you saved me and made my day!”

The manager at Auckland Airport warehouse replaced the parts straight away no questions asked. Even offered to replace the entire stroller but that was not needed. Baby loves her new pram”

And just wanted to give her something to comfort her. Being in Australia made it impossible to drop anything off at the door. But through the online services The Warehouse provides I was able to :) and super fast delivery too! I placed my order on Tuesday she started receiving items yesterday! Within 48hours of my initial order placement! Very efficient! Not used to it TBH. I have been in Australia over 25 years and can not remember having any deliveries that fast. Love it!
