This item will be gifted and it arrived to my address a week before the birthday, so I am very please that she suggested to have it delivered, saved me driving out to Albany store to pick up. “I wish to give a huge Thank you to the Warehouse Te Kuiti Branch staff members TE Auwe Tihi-Kemp and Vanessa Hemana who alerted me to the fact that my items were at the Warehouse Te Kuiti and worked to get me and my purchases reconnected and the $60 delivery fee compensated after l put out a plea via Facebook and correspondence with The Warehouse online staff (Mainfreight had indeed lied re email correspondence to you ( their Ref :FWM40484791 ,15/11/21) about delivering to my home address , they had not and to date there has been no satisfactory explanation .
But thank you to Te Kuiti re Facebook and especially the Te Kuiti staff who saw my plea to find my purchases and contacted me . This was extremely stressful especially Mainfreights lack of honesty , I will not purchase items that need delivery from them in the future .
