“After reading the number of dissapointing i can only speak as i find and say that i have been averageing two orders a month since March and yes some have been a little slow but i put that down to the situation we find ourselves in and one order went astray,i emailed,they replied within a few days and a credit was issued,also quality has not been an issue.So far so good and i hope it lasts.”

“I ordered 100 fuchsias from T & M and my order arrived well within stated time. All plants were well packaged with plants in excellent condition. Roots were moist and plants had picked up from transportation within 24 hours. Many Thanks.”

“I have placed two orders, I have received my second order, but no sign of my first order. I had confirmation email for both orders. Have sent two emails but no reply. The two hanging baskets I received had quiet a few stems that had been broken off I dare say they had been rolling around in back of van, with not a lot of care taken, if your using a parcel delivery company what do you expect . People pay good money and expect a good service and plants delivered in a good condition.”
“One is too many. Spent £99 on plants and those I have received are in extremely poor condition. Dead, diseased and generally poor condition. Most aren't going to make it. Complained about first batch of begonias 24 knackered plants - no response. Second batch of geraniums - 3 trays knackered and one passaable. Will never ever use them again and I suggest you don't either.”

Received one slim box of fuchsias that were not only so tiny but broken the couple that had leaves and bone dry!! “Received fuchsia plugs yesterday.plugs mainly blackened rotten leaves, out of twenty might save three doubtful.
Also had a mixed order of fruit plants through QVC. Not impressed .feel its wasted money. QVC are contacting them for replacements ,still waiting.
