I ordered plants and compost to the value of £106 in March and truly wish that I had not bothered. The plants that have arrived so far have either been dead or so badly damaged that most had no chance of survival. It has been a bitterly disappointing experience and I will never, ever deal with this company again. Avoid at all costs. The phone lines are always going to be "back on in a few days" Rubbish!!

This is a review i put on trust pilot, if you look at their reviews on Feefo on their own website makes them look wonderful, if you look here or on other websites the truth comes out, the fact is that they are taking peoples money and not delivering on the product and then making excuses , the reality is that they have closed their customer phone lines and hiding behind emails and with their slow response hoping people will just go away, its simple they just cant cope with demand in these difficult times and just sending out any old rubbish plants, i received only half of my order yesterday , been poorly packaged basically just put in a box with no packaging and arrived a week later resulting in fairly dead plants, the sort that you see in garden centre clearance for 50p , think the is a bit of a trend with these reviews, just received an order which was ordered at the end of of March , they obviously can’t cope with demand , of the 20 plants I ordered I received 9 in almost dead condition been in a box for a least a week another 1 was just a plastic pot with soil in it , the other 10 still awol ,there happy to take your money but not deliver on the quality plants promised and I quote ‘you won’t be disappointed ‘ won’t be using them again! , I know we are in difficult times but other plant suppliers are coping ,

This is my 2nd review and it's only fair I give an honest review now my plants have arrived. I recieved an e-mail yesterday to say they had been dispatched and then an e-mail this morning to say they will be delivered today between 8am and 12pm. The plants arrived approx 11am in good condition, the soil still moist. I would have given 5 stars but for the lack of communication and the fact they were still taking orders when they were obviously struggling. Very pleased with my plants

Only received 2 items from order, all the others missing with no explanation as to where the other items were. The two plants that arrived were in terrible condition with one being broken. I would never had ordered from this firm but I am shielding so cannot get out to a garden centre to buy any. Absolutely appalling service, this company should be ashamed of itself.

Customer service non existent, sent three emails over 4 weeks with no response other than the auto generated ' we will get back to you' which they never did. The size and quality were awful and I waited 5 weeks. Will not use them again. Would leave zero stars if could.

Shocking service and quality. Ordered 9 tomatoes and 3 cucumbers. All arrived semi dead and clearly hot of merchantable quality. When you phone customer care you’re told to text as phone lines are shut. They also say the lines will be open on two days.....that was over two weeks. This Is a company in total disarray. My 86 year old father, who has ordered through Thompson and Morgan for years,is still waiting for his order placed in the middle of March(cheque immediately cashed). Following numerous emails as phone lines are down,I find out the plants had been lost in transit and that a replacement order would arrive at the end of April. My further emails haven't been answered.This is shocking especially as they boast their '100% happiness guarantee'

Ordered seeds from T&M Very disappointing results so far. Bingo patio peas - very few took. Much better results from Lidl pack.

Ordered 12 Spinach Jumbo plugs - parcel arrived one pack of 6 upsidedown in the box with the plants all broken and compost falling out the second pack was just Ok but leggy. Contacted customer services by e mail they replied they would replace same. Replacement order arrived all plants right way up but VERY leggy, planted the best ones out in container and tried to nurture the rest. Most of the plants have bolted although they are only 10 cms high. Only have 5 good ones and I'am not sure about those! Waste of £13.00 will not be using them again#

I have had very mixed quality of plants form T & M. The larger pot plants I ordered have been fine but all of the plugs - and quite a substantial amount - all arrived in poor condition and none survived. The petunias took ages to get here and were in terrible condition. Same with sweet peas - more than half were dead on delivery. The others didn't last. I will certainly not buy

I placed an order at the end of March for over £70. Have only received two items. Have e mailed, as unable to phone, lines closed. E mailed and not been contacted. I know things are difficult at the moment but this is not acceptable. Want my money back but unable to contact anyone

Plants took ages to arrive. Some dead, most were dry and starting to wilt. Also packaging torn and squashed.

I am receiving plants in a dreadful condition, I have repeatedly sent emails and no one responds. I have asked for a refund and a cancellation of orders that have still not been received - NO ONE RESPONDS this company is not performing well at all!

Placed an order in March and order confirmed. Part of my order arrived in a very bad state. 2nd part still waiting despite emailing 3 times. Tried to call but the phone lines are not working . Requesting a refund !! Very poor service.

I ordered plant plugs on the 17 April which part of the order arrived today 13th May. the packaging was very poor and crushed.The plants inside (Fuschias( were not what i call plugs,being 17 -18 cm high some with no leaves at all. Very poor for a notable company

ordered plants 13 april no communication from this company . sent email & message on face book still no response. told them to cancel order through paypal complaints procedure got reply on face book 12/5/20 saying cant stop order as it will be dispatched in 7 to 10 days.pleased its only a small order i wont be using or recommending this company again.

I put in an order for £55 in April and had email to say part order has been dispatched. Only one has arrived, a packet of 5 totally dead petunias pushed through the letterbox, there is no chance of revival. Their phone lines are down and they have not responded to 3 emails Requesting cancellation of rest of order and full refund. I Cannot now afford to go out and buy more plants. Yesterday I received a promotional email from them Advertising their wonderful plants so they are obviously still taking money and misselling by promising plants will be delivered in excellent condition. I am disappointed and disgusted.

Will not order from this company again. Will not reply to emails or phone calls - wrong plant delivered and was in a terrible condition have more plants to come and wish I hadn't. Have asked for a refund.

On 16th April I ordered Apricot Trailing Begonias, I never received confirmation of my order but the sum of £21.94 was taken from my bank account, I have emailed the customer care department on three occasions but to no avail. Pretty shabby treatment
