“There was a mix up with my address when I ordered my card. The service I received to resolve this was absolutely outstanding, they were extremely helpful and they went above and beyond to resolve my issues. I can not recommend enough!”

“I received a card I ordered which had clearly been damaged on purpose, even though the envelope stated ‘please do not bend’ I contacted Thortful with my issue, which they dealt with immediately. Their customer service team was fantastic and a new card was re ordered at no extra cost and was with me within a couple of days. I can’t recommend them enough.”

“I have been using Thortful now for all my card needs for a while. They are beautifully made, unique and always quickly delivered. The one time I had a small issue with delivery the Support team was amazing and helped me with all my needs quicker than any other support team has. I recommend them to all my friends and family and to you!”

“Vary rarely I leave feedback, but I just have to for Thortful. From the easy to order, up to delivery of some fantastically different cards. Delivery was very quick, very well packed. “This was my first time using Thortful and I was more than happy with every single aspect of my experience. Thortful checked that my order had arrived (which is new to me) which highlighted I'd put in an incorrect delivery address. They offered to re-issue my card at no extra cost which goes above and beyond what's expected as far as I'm concerned. The website, the delivery times and the card itself were all excellent and I've already placed another order and will absolutely be using them again. Thank you!”

“It's so refreshing to find occasion cards that are original and stand out from the norm. Thortful cards are of excellent quality, realistically priced and their service is efficient. “There is a great selection of cards - some filthy, others sweet. At first I thought the cards were expensive. However I purchased 8 for £20.00 so £2.50 each which is about the same as a High Street card shop. When the cards arrived they were such good quality. Not thin and flimsy - really strong with good tough envelopes. Like i say some of the cards make you gasp so know your audience before sending. I will DEFINITELY use Thortful again - love them xx”
