“What is your review of Thrillophilia? We made booking from thrillollophila and just 3 days before our travel they cancelled our booking due to some technical glitch. Please don't trust this company. Their operations are not smooth and efficient...before booking they give you big hopes and then shatter them. Now we have to book hotel and excursion at end time all by ourselves at double prices...if you want relax at holiday please don't go for thrillollophila..it will give you headache They don't even pick your call on time. Infact one of the their employee blocked us for calling them.people here are unethical and unprofessional. Once you book with them they hardly care about their customers. We were traveling with 2 small kids and I told them thousands times we don't want any goof up…but they ended with that only. People we were connecting was Muskan thakore, Amit, gravity and shikha proof I am attaching the screenshot.Today is 10th of May and they have cancelled the tour which was about to start on 14th may”

“The experience we had with thrillophilia was horrible. We were expecting to get a package that would allow us to see all the monuments conveniently but instead, a lot of the monuments were closed in Delhi as well as Jaipur. These closures were not communicated to us at all even during the time of our trip. We had to find out ourselves and communicate the closures to THEM. We also had a poor driver with attitude. He did not provide us any information or help when questions were asked, brushed off some of our requests when we asked him to take us places and the communication between the driver and thrillophillia was horrendous. Also what kind of driver drops his passengers off in the MIDDLE OF THE ROAD in peak traffic and tells them to go book a rickshaw to get to our destination? Apparently ours…Basically, we were the ones actually making the packages work by scheduling ola rides, and finding out from the locals what monuments are worth visiting this time. The itinerary provided was useless and we were not compensated at all for the monuments that were closed. The biggest issue we had were with hotel bookings. We attempt to check in our hotel at Jaipur after a long drive just to find out the booking did not exist. Not only that, it turns out that the hotel rooms that we communicated we wanted before the trip happened was not even booked even though we PAID thrillophilla for it. It was only after intense phone calls with the agents that were were able to find a place to stay. This happened to us again on our last stop in Udaipur even though we told the agents to check up on our booking BEFOREHAND so we would not run into this again. The agents do not follow up with the hotels about your requests and you end up with a basic room that you overpaid for. Its only after literally talking to the agents for a good hour and a half do you get somewhere. Overall, horrible and stressful experience with Thrillophilla. They do not know how to provide a package, they gave us a horrible driver that was very hard to work with and their communication was poor with us AND the driver. Basically, don’t book any packages with Thrillophillia. These packages that they sell aren’t even packages. You would expect to be taken to places without effort, based on the itinerary and the driver provided but this is not the case, you do everything yourself. You might as well save yourself time, money and sanity by making your own “package”. Would not recommend at all ESPECIALLY for non locals.”

“My travel experience with Thrillophilia is pathetic and they are completely cheating. - They lie a lot and give good service till we pay the money. Once the money is paid, they will not pick up the call. They will ask us to message for everything but they do not respond. - The Vietnam trip was supposed to be my dream come true trip. But I was part of senior citizens. - they said 25 people would be there on the trip. But only 4 people were there and all are senior citizens. - They gave triple sharing rooms everywhere and the rooms were so small. But initially, they said it was a double sharing room (Read all the clauses properly before paying). They are big time cheaters. - They said all the rooms are 4 star category and its all a lie. They are ok ok hotels. We 3 dint have enough space to keep our luggage. And the bed was close to washroom. No space to enter into washroom. I had a hit once to the bed once. Attaching pics for reference. - During the trip also if we need any help their customercare / the person who assigned for you will not answer the calls. I thought only I am going through these challenges but later I came to know (I met a couple of people in Vietnam who came thru Thrillophilia) that all had the same issues. I highly suggest to be careful with these Thrillophilia!”

“Rubbish company, just there to scam you. Me and my partner tried to buy tickets to the water park in Bali, we tried the first time and it said the card payment had failed, so we tried once more on the same card just to double check. This had the same outcome. We then used my partners card to see if that worked and to our surprise it said it had failed once more. Therefore, we bought tickets on another website as it blatantly didn’t work on thrillophilia’s website. In the next 24 hours Thrillophilia had taken 3 payments out of our bank accounts but still only sent 1 set of tickets, thus, over charging us for 2 more sets of tickets. Obviously I tried to get in touch with customer service, which was useless; so I messaged them on instagram, thinking they would respond quicker - which they did. However, they said to email them and resolve the issue and that’s were all helped stopped. I emailed twice and contacted them further on instagram and I was ignored. Do not book with this company, they just scam you and Have awful customer service”

“Worst travel agent ever. Our honeymoon trip to Europe turned into a nightmare, all thanks to Thrillophilia. We had bought whole package from them which included land package, flight booking and visa assistance. Not only did they fail to provide proper guidance, but when we encountered issues with the airlines they booked, they kept giving excuses. Despite our desperate attempts to reach them for assistance, they initially said we will try and later conveniently ignored our calls. The agent named Sohail Abbas, was very irresponsible person , on phone call he said I will refund you the amount, later changed his decision.To add insult to injury, they refused to refund our hard-earned money or even consider rescheduling our trip. This lack of accountability and customer care is utterly unacceptable. Avoid Thrillophilia at all costs unless you enjoy wasting your time, money, and sanity on a travel agency that couldn't care less about your experience.”

“Sikkim’s Stunning Scenery, Thrillophilia’s Stressful Strife We visited the magnificent state of Sikkim through Thrillophilia. We loved every inch of this beautiful place, but the ghastly experience we had with this company cannot just be written down in a paragraph. There was hardly any communication between Thrillophilia and the local vendor. The drivers were not informed of much and refused to take the cars forward, demanding extra money for places already included in the itinerary. Our tour operator’s ‘efforts’ to sort things out only made everything worse. We ourselves were the managers, coordinators, and mode of communication between the drivers and agency. Most of the trip was spent reasoning with the drivers, calling people for them and basically being everybody’s pawns. Chaos erupted around every corner (literally!). Our time sightseeing was spent worrying whether we would be driven to the next spot or if we were just going to spend another drab day at our hotel. Sikkim did not fail to wow us with its towering mountains and mesmerising landscapes, but due to Thrillophilia, the trip was a world away from the relaxing escape everyone had hoped for. When we returned home, the trouble that had been caused overpowered the delightful memories of places we’d seen, and it was a relief that we could finally have peace without having to deal with rude, swearing drivers, endless arguments, phone calls and of course, awful travel companies. It’s impossible to put into words the infinite problems. All I can say, if you don’t value money, time, peace of mind and good holidays, Thrillophilia should be on the top of your list. It robs you from all of that.”

“My experience with Thrillophilia was terrible. We booked a trip to Assam and Meghalaya through them, but it was a mistake. They're just a booking platform and offer no support once you've paid. Initially, Ms. Aashi Sachdeva assured us she'd take care of everything, but once we paid, she disappeared. The point of contact, Mr. Indraneel Dutta, was unhelpful and blamed us for the hotel issues, even though we chose based on Aashi's recommendation. It took hours to resolve the hotel problem, and we had to involve a local tour manager. They refused to cancel our booking for the next day, forcing us to book another hotel ourselves. We didn't receive a refund for the canceled room and lost around 20k. They promised to follow up but never did. It's been a month without any contact. Dealing with them was a nightmare, and I strongly advise against booking with Thrillophilia. They lack proper customer care and their staff seem inexperienced and untrained. Also the bus driver misbehaved with us and involved his friends in a fight with us.”

“Thrillophilia gave me the worst experience of my life. We have booked our trip to assam n meghalaya with them. Booking with them was a big mistake. They are just a booking platform and they will not support u once u give the payment. We were contacted by Ms Aashi Sachdeva for booking and she gave me assurance that we will not have to worry about anything and she ll be there for everything and later on we were given Point of contact in the form of Mr Indraneel Dutta most weird employ I have ever come across. On reaching Cherrapunji the hotel which we had book was below standard and out of 3 rooms one was way beyond standard n not stayable. On contacting Aashi she did pik the call once and told she ll get bak and after that she stopped picking up the phone. Mr Indranil told that it is we who have chosen the hotel and v hav to manage before even understanding our situation n problem. On explaining him that the hotel options were send by Aashi her self and v chose on her assurance that this hotel is good we went ahead with the room booking. After 4 hours of struggle they did not resolve the issue n we had to speak to local tour manager rhea who on local company expense got our one room changed. We than ask her for next day cancellation in that hotel and asked them to help us book for hotel in Shillong and for that they told that we cannot change the booking now on telling them that india is free country and that they cannot force us to stay at a place which we are not comfortable they told that v ll have to make the booking on our own which we did eventually. We did not get any refund for the room which we cancelled in Cherrapunji and full amount was deducted. We had three rooms booked so had a loss of around 20 k. That’s not enuf they told once we reach they ll see but it’s been one month i didnot got any call from their side so I think if i had booked on my own or by some local company directly I wud have managed the problem easily but these companies make small issues big and do not solve them also and these point of contact and all the person contacting u are useless low cost non trained employees who do not understand what exactly is customer care. My warning please don’t book from them. I ll give them Big zero for their services.”

“Never book with thrillophilia, they have cheap and rude vendors, and also no after sales support support while booking ull be giving Ur India no, and after coming here u take local no, ask to update Ur no to contact u, they can't even do such a small thing, and ull have to run to see by urself to catch the taxi for the activity. They'll first change u less money,but then mind it ull get that kind of vendors. I had the worst Dubai safari experience. When I said something the driver even hit me and threatened.”

“Very Poor Service experience - Thrillophillia Sets New lows in honesty with Customer Money A company that has looted the customer's money and refuses to return it even after agreeing that money will be refund for the services not provided by them. This is a review of our family Singapore trip. As customers, we have been cheated by them despite paying 1.63 lakhs as per timelines given by this company. Had booked their package on 13 Oct 23. At last minute, they refused to give us promised activities that were expensive, despite taking money for those activities. They said that tickets were not available. Surprisingly, when we went to sentosa website, the tickets were available. Finally, I had to buy the tickets second time despite paying money for those activities to Thrillophillia. Worse is, the refund amount stated by the company is just 20% of the cost. They have refused to share the cost breakdown of activities to customers. Even worse is that the refund amount has not been given to me even when more than 92 days have passed. My Rs 35,000 are still kept with Thrillophillia with no response from their side, which definitely is cheating their customers. Their reps stopped picking calls or responding to msgs after the first installment was paid. Till date they are neither responding to any call or msgs, nor are they making any payment. This is their common pattern and is evident in other reviews also. Folks, their modus operandi is as under:- They promise cheap tours initially and then cancel at last moment. They also don't refund the amount for services they couldn't provide. The same can be understood from what happened. The REFUND THEY STATE IS EXTREMELY MEAGRE AND THEY TROUBLE THE CUSTOMER BY NOT EVEN PAYING THAT. My interactions primarily involved Mr. Rishabh, Ms Sonakshi from the sales team and their boss Mr Rishabh Sharma. Before making the payment, they were actively contacting me, but once I booked the trip, their responsiveness suddenly dropped. At last minute, tickets were canceled by them. Desperate to connect with the sales team, I attempted to reach out to all above people, but they blatantly ignored my calls and messages in both group and personal chats, despite being online. Finally, I bought tickets from open market in Singapore at same price which I had paid to Thrillophillia. However, the refund amount of Rs 35,000 is yet to be paid even after 110 days have elapsed. I will consider further update on the rating and share reviews once the authorised reps from the company choose to respond and refund my money.”

“I had an absolutely horrendous experience with Thrillophilia. I purchased lakhswadeep shore excursion tickets from thrillophilia and they charged three times more of the actual amount and also charged for an infant. Later when we came to know about this and we requested for the refund they didn't even bother to respond, just told that they will check for the price with Cordelia And instead of issuing a refund, they had the audacity to argue. And has asked me to do some ground work prior booking. I refused to pay more, and then they stopped responding altogether. I sent three emails and even submitted a complaint from their website, but received no response at all. It's clear that Thrillophilia doesn't care about its customers, and is only interested in making a quick buck. Their lack of customer service is beyond AQ to anyone. . Thrillophilia is a disgraceful and untrustworthy company, and I urge you to stay away from them at all costs. Don't waste your time or money on these scammers!”

“be careful booking here! Very bad customer service, Voucher were not valid at the Vatican museum in Rome. No one to reach, agency not answering. Just waisting 45 minutes to resolve the invalid vouchers to buy new tickets and to never get the money you paid for invalid Vouchers back after contacting the Company 15 times. terrible experience, definitely no recommendation!”

“I went to Vietnam on a group trip organised by Thrillophilia in November, 2023. It was mentioned that the age limit is 18 to 35. But, there were families on this trip with newborn babies, school-going kids and parents above the age of 40. This is a complete scam, they just stop responding to you.”

“Dear travellers/ Users of Thrillophilia Please, please think hundreds time before you book any trip with this company. My name is Peter, a British Citizen, had a very very bad experience with them; lost lot of money, ( about £1100.00- around 120,000 INR) and one week time; booked a trip with them to Leh/ Ladakh/ Kargil/ Srinagar; I paid them complete amount, so traveled all the way from London to Chandigarh, waiting for their call but no call. Then I called them many times to get the details of the trip and at last got reply that the trip had been cancelled with no reason explained. I believe that they didn’t have enough travellers. The I requested for refund but by hundreds of watsup messages and email, after two months plus, they refunded the amount I paid. So please please, don’t go with them as they are only agents, making money, sitting in front of computers. The very sad thing is that no one is responsible or responds. If any one need more information about the bad experience I had, please watsup or call me in 0044-7809157103. All the possitive feedback are paid- I believe. Peter”

“I tried to purchase 2 tickets for the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam. However, I received an error indicating payment failure. At the same moment, I received an email stating that my order was pending, and I would receive tickets in 6 (!!!) hours if my payment succeeded, even though I had purchased tickets at 12:30 PM for 1 PM (!!!), meaning that even if my payment went through, I could wait only 30 minutes. Consequently, my husband bought tickets from another source. However, Thrillophilia sent me the tickets 10 minutes later (which we didn't use) and declined any refund, despite confirming a payment glitch. Furthermore, their support provides rather "dry," generic responses written by Chat GPT. On multiple subsequent attempts to visit their website, I encountered various glitches, and sometimes the website wouldn't open at all. I have a suspicion that it might be a cheap, low-quality company.”

“Paid for tickets to Sunway Lagoon water park for my two daughters. After payment they sent an email stating that the tickets will take 6 hours to process. Both phone numbers given on the emails were disconnected. Purchased tickets with another company because we couldn't wait 6 hours. No notification given prior to payment. The tickets eventually were sent to me despite numerious emails asking to cancel and my refund was rejected. Not happy.”
