When I tried to purchase so many times it would crash to the point the only way was to pay for the 3rd release 😔very disappointing

This event was of extremely high demand and there were only a limited number of tickets. We monitored the on sale closely and no issues with the site were identified. Due to a high demand for tickets, it is possible for certain ticket types to sell out in the time it takes for you to checkout and results in an empty basket. Whilst easy to use I consider that charging an additional 30p to have an e-ticket to put in Wallet is uncalled for the charge you make on the face price is more than sufficient

Our delivery fee covers more than just delivery, costs can vary from event to event depending on the hardware and operational costs we incur in order to help run the event. Delivery fees cover costs such as developing our e-ticket technology, providing ticket scanners at events, providing staff to manage entry, designing of tickets and more. Terrible unhelpful service shady website delays confirmation and won't help when it doesn't work. Avoid the customer service team.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We're sorry to hear you were not satisfied with the service you received from our support team. We can see from our records you requested a refund for a second order made using a separate account, over an hour later than your original order. Unfortunately, this meant we could not refund it as a duplicate order. Due to a rule set by the event organiser tickets for the show were nonrefundable unless the event was cancelled or rescheduled. We also tried to help you exchange the extra tickets for a more convenient date but you chose not to take us up on our offer. Feedback is very important to us so it would be useful to know if there's anything you think we should have done differently. The tickets didn’t scan, I don’t know how to get a refund but really not happy with the service, ended up paying double cause I had to pay on the door

In regards to our booking fee, We do not take a penny of the face value cost of a ticket - 100% of the face value is passed on to the event organisers running the event. Without these booking fees, we wouldn’t be able to provide our service to you, our customer. Included in the booking fees, and any additional e-ticket delivery fees, are card payment processing costs, customer service and account handling costs, secure server maintenance and development costs, and a number of other costs involved in providing our service. very poor. forces you to buy the more expensive ticket, then when youve bought it the cheaper ones become available

I had tickets for Tier 1 in my bag, was told I was being directed to checkout and then returned to the main page and only tier 4 was available. Bad service.

Was in the queue for tier one tickets. Said was taking me through to payment. Maxed out. Then tickets were on tier 4.

Purchase of these tickets seemed to loop round for this event. I made several unsucessfull attempts prior to this completing my purchase

Renders terribly on Chromebook, couldn't complete order had to do it on my phone. Don't know why you need to know gender or date of birth, they should at the very least be optional.
