Your booking fees are extortionate. Why change them twice when buying two tickets?

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Booking fees are added to each ticket to cover the costs involved in providing our ticketing service. We do not take a penny of the face value cost of a ticket - 100% of the face value is passed on to the event organisers running the event. Without these booking fees, we wouldn’t be able to provide our service to you, our customer. Included in the booking fees, and any additional e-ticket delivery fees, are card payment processing costs, customer service and account handling costs, secure server maintenance and development costs, and a number of other costs involved in providing our service. A large portion of the booking fee also goes towards funding new technologies designed to improve your event experience. Kind regards, Ticket Arena

It didn't say last entry time when I bought the ticket and neither was the late entry ticket available. Now I have just found out that last entry is 22:30, which is no good for me.

Easy to use but I had second release selected and by the time the page loaded they’d sold out and I missed them

They made me pay for having the ticket on the phone, I know it was optional but this should be free for the high cost of the ticket. Also I paid the insurance of the ticket and I did not notice because it is in a small part down and in the beginning the affirmative answer was already put it.

This is the first time a Football Club has charged me a premium for print yourself tickets. If you were posting them to me I could understand a £1 premium but totally unjustified for print yourself. I had to pay for paper & ink - can't see football club incurring extra costs beyond what manning a ticket office would cost. I was shocked by this ripoff!

Absolute joke! Stated the price of tickets at one price and then changed them as they had made a mistake! not acceptable, I bought the tickets at a certain price and whether there had been a mistake I should have received them.
