Charging a booking fee per ticket than per booking is poor form. Wouldn’t use you by choice in future.

Hi David, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Booking fees are added to each ticket to cover the costs involved in providing our ticketing service. We do not take a penny of the face value cost of a ticket - 100% of the face value is passed on to the event organisers running the event. Without these booking fees, we wouldn’t be able to provide our service to you, our customer. Included in the booking fees, and any additional e-ticket delivery fees, are card payment processing costs, customer service and account handling costs, secure server maintenance and development costs, and a number of other costs involved in providing our service. A large portion of the booking fee also goes towards funding new technologies designed to improve your event experience.  We strive to keep our fees fair and competitive, and all customer feedback will be taken into consideration as and when booking fees are reviewed. Incredibly poor service, barely functional website and the person I spoke too at customer support did’t pay attention and asked for details i’d already provided. Leeds oktoberfest would be well served using a different ticket company going forward!

I topped up my wristband with 300 and didn't get any free credit. There was no way to keep track of the balance to be sure I was being charged correctly. I won't do this again it's put me off concerts with this!

The webpage was almost impossible to navigate, the page was loading with just blank fields with no explanation of what was supposed to go in the box! My girlfriend gave up on the iPhone and I had the same problems on Android even in desktop view. Terrible web page.

I bought my ticket for forbidden forest, the next day I had an email saying that I’d bought the “wrong ones”. Why give two ticket options if only one of them is the right one??? It was then completely refunded to me but would take 3-5 working days to come into my account, which meant I couldn’t just re-purchase the tickets again straight away.

Badly designed software forced me to buy the next release ticket price when the early bird release was still available. I feel like I’ve been cheated out of my money. Complained and my issue was not resolved, just ignored. Awful service.

I can see from our correspondence you were disappointed you could not purchase an Early Bird ticket. Unfortunately due to the popularity of the event, Early Birds sold out very quickly. Due to customers not completing their purchase, some of these tickets became available again for a short period. Rather than taking these tickets off sale, we believe it is fairer to give other customers the opportunity to purchase them, once they become available again. We're sorry you missed out on Early Bird tickets on this occasion. Sign up process took way to long, can’t pay with PayPal. Also, money making at each corner of the payment process. Not necessary and not worthy of hidden expenses. Be more DICE.

The ticket stated 'skip the queue'. Face value ticket at the door was €8. Ticket on the website was €10 and included skip the queue. The people at the venue said that this was not the case.

It would be great if you could supply us with a bit more information about any issue you experienced at the venue so we can speak with the venue and event organiser on your behalf. As a ticketing company, we are provided with this kind of information by the event organiser and if the ticket you purchased was not the reality you experienced at the venue, we would love to know more about it. Advertised price was £5 per ticket. No tickets available at that price. The price of a ticket was £6 plus booking fee. How do you purchase a ticket without a booking fee? Just include that in the price and increase your honesty.
