“I was unable to attend the concert as my boyfriend had diarrhoea. I had even paid extra so my tickets could be refunded but we didn’t qualify for a refund as we didn’t have a doctors note, this resulted in me loosing around £40. Safe to say I will not be purchasing from here again.”

Any ticket refund requests through the pre-purchased insurance are made directly to TicketPlan so unfortunately Ticket Arena cannot influence the outcome of these requests.
