Bought tickets at a price that they were selling at for creamfields and they decided to cancel and refund them to sell them at a higher price.

We charge a single booking fee per ticket to cover the costs involved in providing our ticketing service. We do not take a penny of the face value cost of a ticket - 100% of the face value is passed on to the event organisers running the event. Without these booking fees, we wouldn’t be able to provide our service to you, our customer. Included in the booking fees, and any additional e-ticket delivery fees, are card payment processing costs, customer service and account handling costs, secure server maintenance and development costs, and a number of other costs involved in providing our service. Took 3 attempts to register long drawn out process ..if 1 mistake made had to start from the beginning ...on a time out which kept running out

very unuser firendly. passwords wont reset, process is slow and gets stuck from time to time.

Sometimes this may be an old email address or the email address contains a typo meaning your tickets are not received. In this situation, you just need to get in touch with our Support team, which we can see you did. When I was buying tickets it didn’t seem to work twice and saying it didn’t go through. Therefore I left it and thought I hadn’t go any tickets. However when I went to check my account later that day for another reason the payment had come out for two tickets and the I had email sent. Which I couldn’t understand when it said it hadn’t gone through. Now I’m stuck with two tickets which I don’t need as my friend bought two and cannot resell! So £40.00 down the drain.

Odrered friday. Paid for first class. Now Monday pm. Still not received. Post office message on tracking sais tracking number not yet on system. I need these by Wednesday. Starting to panic. Up to now not impressd.

Hi Gareth, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We're sorry to hear you weren't happy with the delivery time of your tickets. Your tickets were dispatched the same day as your order via Royal Mail's recorded delivery service. This normally means the tickets are delivered the next working day, however, unfortunately, this is not always the case as it is not guaranteed by the Royal Mail. We can see from your tracking number your tickets were successfully delivered on 2nd October in time for the event, however, we hope you were not caused any stress in the meantime.

Wouldn't accept my password had to reset it 6 times. Couldn't register as a new user because it kept remembering my email from last year's booking. Really frustrating and not impressed

Tried to checkout with “earlybird” tickets several times but it would’nt let me, surprise surprise a couple of minutes later they were sold out and I had to pay full price!

told me I already had an account. Tried the 'forgotten password' and got a mail telling me my password was password. Which I tried in case it was genuinely that bad. It didn't work. Thus totally couldn't use the e-mail address I wanted to use. Paid the extra to have delivered to my phone. Can only add to Apply Wallet - can't see that I can add to a wallet on an Android phone.

Having spoken to our tech team, it seems you couldn't reset your password as you had already signed in through a Facebook account associated with that email address. We will try to make that clearer going forward, we're sorry for any confusion caused. In regards to your mobile ticket, unfortunately, Apple Wallet is only supported on Apple products and not Android.
