I was on the site at 8.55 and still only managed to get tier 5 tickets. My friend who logged on at 9.30 managed to get tier 1 tickets, saving her £20 per ticket.

Hi Olivia, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Due to a high demand for tickets, the first few releases sold out extremely quickly. If customers choose not to complete their purchase it is possible for tickets that were previously unavailable to go back on sale. This is why your friend was able to purchase Tier 1 tickets when they were marked as sold out before. We're sorry to hear you missed out on the tickets you wanted on this occasion. Hello, Thank you for taking the time to provide some feedback. Booking fees are added to each ticket to cover the costs involved in providing our ticketing service. We do not take a penny of the face value cost of a ticket - 100% of the face value is passed on to the event organisers running the event. Without these booking fees, we wouldn’t be able to provide our service to you, our customer. Included in the booking fees, and any additional e-ticket delivery fees, are card payment processing costs, customer service and account handling costs, secure server maintenance and development costs, and a number of other costs involved in providing our service. Had tickets in the basket, the site freezes when I select ticket protection. Refreshes itself and then tickets are sold out. Joke.

Could not purchase ticket in first release after trying multiple times. Ended up paying way more than I wanted for my ticket. Overall not brilliant service.

Did not receive a confirmation email or the e-tickets. Had to log in to find but couldn’t see an option to resend and despite buying two tickets my ticket only says “admits 1” on it. Not ideal.

I was put into a queue at 8.57am for an event which was released at 9am. I was in this queue until 9.10am when I got through to the website to find that tickets were on 6th release. I then tried to purchase the tickets three times as the website kept crashing and taking me back to the original page before finally managing to purchase the tickets. Absolutely awful service.

Absolutely devasted that I had tickets on first release and ticket arena’s site crashed therefore I had to re queue and had no choice but to pay three times the price if I wanted to still attend the event. Very reluctantly paid a tier 6 price, I really hope the event is worth it.

I had completed all of the fields and yet it wouldn't process the booking until I had completed all of the fields. I cleared them all and entered in the information again, and again. It worked on the 4th attempt with 1m 26s remaining. Stressful

we was suppose to recieve a golden circle ticket which was advised.. on putting the ticket in our basket, and purchasing the ticket x2 ... it was not how it was described .. now we just have normal tickets

Was on the website 5 mins before ticket release so should've been front of queue but then you get put into queue in a random order... So I ended up still getting 3rd release for Elrow even after being early
