Unclear of actual start time. As this is a club I did not expect it to start so early and for it to finish over an hour earlier than the stated time

I did not get an email when I ordered online the shuttle bus, which was really hard to get a wristband for Lost&Found festival in place. Therefore only one star..

Complete confusing with the booking process Yesterday night I purchased 6 Merky Festival (day 2) tickets with refund protection. The price for 6 tickets without refund protection was £450.48 The price for the 6 tickets with refund protection was £463.05 I then received my order confirmation, which stated the total price is £526.08

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.  In regards to our fees, booking fees are added to each ticket to cover the costs involved in providing our ticketing service. We do not take a penny of the face value cost of a ticket - 100% of the face value is passed on to the event organisers running the event. Without these booking fees, we wouldn’t be able to provide our service to you, our customer. Included in the booking fees, and any additional e-ticket delivery fees, are card payment processing costs, customer service and account handling costs, secure server maintenance and development costs, and a number of other costs involved in providing our service. With regards to delivery fees, these cover more than just delivery costs and can vary from event to event depending on the hardware and operational costs we incur in order to help run the event. Delivery fees cover costs such as developing our e-ticket technology, providing ticket scanners at events, providing staff to manage entry, designing of tickets and more. Long winded, expensive and isn’t an easy transition from purchasing to getting it on your apple wallet. Also ridiculous that you have to pay booking for each ticket.

I clicked on an event for the 02 in Oxford and somehow ended up on a Manchester event weeks later! No idea how that happened and am now completely out of pocket and have two tickets I don’t want or need! Not a fan of this ticket site at all!

The Super Earlybird and Earlybird ticket types were set at cheaper prices as these were released on earlier dates. These ticket types were both sold out by 21st March 2018 which is why you paid a higher price. In future, please keep up to date with ticket release dates on our website and social media platforms to avoid disappointment and sell out of the earlier ticket types. The tickets I purchased came with a charge for what appears to be sending an email. A cost per ticket! Admin fee/handling fee/email fee what next look at the website fee! Maybe I shouldn’t have suggested the last one!

There was an offer on the tickets I bought of buy 5 get the 6th free. I selected 6 tickets and it charged me for all 6, not getting one free. I contacted the company and they said that they were unable to refund me 1 of the tickets. I have since been ignored after my last email. Very poor customer service will not be using them again

For this event, we offer a 6 for 5 deal on the second release tickets which allows you to get the sixth ticket for free. In this situation, you selected the incorrect ticket type which is why you did not qualify for this. Our support team provided you with the option of a same day face value refund which would allow you to purchase the correct ticket type. I am 67 years old and I have been going to the show since it started but this time while booking online I did everything I normally do and paid for my ticket I was then transfered to another ticket company in Leeds and me being not very good on a PC filled in the forms thinking it was now part of the ticket I was buying, little did I realise that I had already paid you for my ticket I almost paid again, I have no idea if this company I registered with is part of your company and I am sorry if its not,

When selecting the Mobile & FastScan E-Ticket option, your tickets are sent directly to your mobile and you will receive a confirmation email also containing a FastScan E-Ticket. Although you unfortunately misplaced your phone, you would have been able to access and print your E-Ticket from your confirmation email that would have been received a the time of booking. Please note that our Customer Support team are very responsive and endeavour to help with queries where possible and we'd always advise customers to get in touch with us if they ever fear they may have any issues gaining access to the event. The booking charge is RIDICULOUSLY expensive and if I had any other way of booking these tickets I wouldn't have used ticket arena. I am truly disappointed as I've had a much better experience in previous times but from now onwards, if given the choice, I will avoid ticket arena.
