“I filled in the form which also included my address and bank details, and it seemed as it was processing. However, after the page looked like It went though but then the page disappeared, I never recieved a thank you email and after waiting and checking my bank. I had to do the whole process again. It was not a pleasant experience. Thank you”

“After 5 continuous days attempting to buy tickets using different browsers, laptops, mobiles and other devices, continuous emails and telephone calls and I must admit, a lot of frustration, we finally managed. Nowhere was written that we could not buy 9 tickets in a row but in two batches and meanwhile the seats we hoped to buy were being sold. The seats we managed to buy now are not all next to each other, but we hope that the show in November is worth all the hassle and I am sure it will be of a high standard like those held in other countries.”

“I tried to book 10 tickets at a go. It never stopped me, after over an hour trying to buy the tickets my fiend had to buy 6 and me 4 at the same time to sit near each other and only then did it work. In the whole hour trying it never said I cannot buy 10 tickets. Total frustration”

“Purchased tickets off this site for Motion Bristol after party and when tickets were scanned at the door they were declined. I purchased another 2 and they were also declined. Awaiting a response from ticket arena as to why this happened.”
