Had to put on £40 as £20 probably not enough. Would have liked £30. Difficult to check on how much spent, and whether being overcharged. I could see nothing but the server could. Now I can’t see where to get my money refunded. And being charged for this inconvenience. Would have preferred to use contactless

Whilst booking is extremely easy, it then asks you to set up an account to view your tickets and so far have clicked this 6/7 times and continuously got the following error message:- “Sorry the server has encountered a problem. Please try again later.” We will shortly be attending the event so hopefully accessing these from the text message will suffice!

It is ok for them to take the money even for events out of UK but when the plans are changing they are not providing any refund. I think all kind of tickets should come under consumer protection act so you can return them within a short period of time if you change your mind.

It took me a while to even find the right page for purchasing the cashless drink voucher for the Chelmsford racecourse ladies day. Once on the right page, there is a red button that says tickets but I was told to buy a voucher and I already had a ticket for the event. So I scrolled down and read the instructions for purchasing the food and drink voucher. This stated that we needed to click on the link BELOW. There is a Facebook link but it goes to general event information. After minutes of faffing, I decided to click on the link ABOVE that stated "Tickets" and not "vouchers" as the item is named everywhere else. This actually did lead me to the food and drink voucher process...! I finally have my voucher but I nearly gave up the will to live let alone the will to purchase it after that ill-conceived process! 😂

It took me over 30 minutes to book my tickets. I ended up calling & asked for help & was lucky to find very helpful professional patient people to help. Basically I wasn't given the option "Get seats" & "Book tickets" tried Internet Explorer & Google Chrome, finally I succeeded but was very close in giving up.
