“Clunky to use, adding address info etc is unnecessarily difficult. Very inferior to other online ticketing systems. Also, charging 30p for an e-ticket?! It’s 2019.”

We do not take a penny of the face value cost of a ticket - 100% of the face value is passed on to the event organisers running the event. Without these booking fees, we wouldn’t be able to provide our service to you, our customer. Included in the booking fees, and any additional e-ticket delivery fees, are card payment processing costs, customer service and account handling costs, secure server maintenance and development costs, and a number of other costs involved in providing our service. “I didn’t like the idea of providing all my personal and confidential information on the website. You don’t need a DOB, address, gender and mobile number to purchase just a ticket. You spend time giving your person details which is a complete waste of time. I nearly stopped in the middle of the process, very time consuming. I’ve been to other shows and non of this nonsense is required. Your review should start from zero and not from One if you want a true reflection of reviews.”

Included in the booking fees, and any additional e-ticket delivery fees, are card payment processing costs, customer service and account handling costs, secure server maintenance and development costs, and a number of other costs involved in providing our service. Just a note on our delivery fees. These cover more than just delivery costs and can vary from event to event depending on the hardware and operational costs we incur in order to help run the event. Delivery fees cover costs such as developing our e-ticket technology, providing ticket scanners at events, providing staff to manage entry, designing of tickets and more. “emailed them time and time and time again with a problem regarding my tickets also explained i have a disability but no,no reply... exhausting ..no efforts from whomever reads emails to reply to me at all.. rubbish customer service”

“I needed to book 13 tickets for a group. I had to do them one by one, In the initial screen the quantity couldn't be increased more than 1. In the second screen there was the option to buy 10 at one go but still system indicated that maximum amount had to be 1. Had to do them one by one, each and every time having to fill in my date of birth.”

“One of the most unfriendly sites around. Don’t understand that free tickets have to be purchased on site. What about all the registration and data required for this booking. After 3 attempts gave up and had to seek help from a friend. I would not have gone at all to the event because of all the frustration caused to book and persisted as my nieces are performing. I ask you to get your act together and make it simple and a pleasure to book.”

“Website definitely not user friendly for procedure to purchase tickets. It is really time consuming and very frustrating. It remained locked on processing for quite a while after I inserted all my necessary details in fields provided and to be able to see if my booking had finally been processed, I had to try to purchase another ticket on the same name. It should not be like that. For future reference, that would deter me from purchasing any tickets online on same website especially when I have other options of purchasing them. Also I still have not received my ticket to be able to print it.”

“TERRIBLE mobile experience! Selected my ticket which added it to my basket, began entering my details and wanted to return back to check I had selected the correct ticket type. Upon moving forward again there was no longer an option to make a payment. Tried this on multiple phones and it did not work. Was not happy at all.”
