“If I’m honest, not too impressed. I bought tickets, used Apple Pay and you took the payment, then sent me an email asking me to finish my order online, whereby then you took the money again. I’m now trying to get a refund.”

“Pre paid credit and on the day when we arrived and wanted to activate the credit was told the voucher had been used so we had to put additional credit on. Currently waiting for a response to email requesting original credit refund.”

“I brought my tickets for Clockstock-Drink and when i tried to get a refund the website would not recognise my email or login, i tried several times to reset the password & it wouldn’t reset. Very poor service & extremely disappointing.”

“I tried to get vouchures and most had sold one, which I fined very strange as it is just a code for my money so how can you run out? I then had to buy 4 £20 vouchures costing me £1 each, £4 to be able to use my money absolute disgusting rip off springs to mind. Not sure why I have to use this method when I have contacted on my phone and card, on not changing currency, I'm paying you to spend my pounds as if drinks and food at festivals gigs isn't expensive enough, if there was a choice I would not use this service way to expensive for what it actually is, and how does it make it any quicker then using contactless. If I was on a beach or in a pool maybe a good idea but I'm not and still too expensive even in a pool I would just take my card as plastic is water proof!! The only place this would work is on a nudest beach”

“How can you sell out of online vouchers. Some people can’t afford to buy the dearer vouchers and are being forced to. They are electric vouchers so you shouldn’t be able to sell out b”
