Our mission at Ticket Arena is to provide consumers and gig-promoters with a better way to buy and sell tickets online. I unchecked the option to get the mobile ticket and yet at the end it was there. Also I'm not sure the default setting to send promotional material is GDPR compliant.

When paying for my tickets, used google pay as it was the first thing they recommended, however my ticket was over the maximum spend of £30 which meant it got declined, not only this but when I clicked the button to confirm payment it would process it twice, meaning I was locked out of my account after clicking the button three times and had to wait until the morning to get my tickets. Fortunately, the tickets did not move to a next tier or the deal that was on ended.

I've booked a holiday quicker than this...... Too complicated.... And on address confirmation for payment my house number is not there despite being built in 2011....

Have given 1 stars as the booking fee is redicules, and is full of hiddin charges for nothing.

We do not take a penny of the face value cost of a ticket - 100% of the face value is passed on to the event organisers running the event. Included in the booking fees, and any additional e-ticket delivery fees, are card payment processing costs, customer service and account handling costs, secure server maintenance and development costs, and a number of other costs involved in providing our service. Dear All, I did not get my tickets on e-mail and my phone is too old so the tickets do not show on it. I think it is poor service. Not eveyone has updated electronic devices.

Very difficult to negotiate the website. Even after I'd purchased the ticket I got a confusing email that looked like I'd purchased 2 tickets.

Service crashed due to high traffic, so was uncertain if I had purchased the tickets, and I’m charged £25 in booking fees. Far too expensive and the consumer has no choice but to pay.

It kept on freezing for the Hospitality event, I had to refresh continuously. Also, I think the service itself is not worth the money at all... :(
