Amount of fees getting ridiculous! Booking fee at £5 then “delivery” fees for e-tickets?

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Booking fees are added to each ticket to cover the costs involved in providing our ticketing service. We do not take a penny of the face value cost of a ticket - 100% of the face value is passed on to the event organisers running the event. Without these booking fees, we wouldn’t be able to provide our service to you, our customer. Included in the booking fees, and any additional e-ticket delivery fees, are card payment processing costs, customer service and account handling costs, secure server maintenance and development costs, and a number of other costs involved in providing our service. It repeatedly refused my payment via Apple Pay, then refused it again when I tried to enter my card details. And then despite being told all my attempts had failed or not being able to progress past the “enter your details page” I checked my email and it had processed a payment.

Very disappointed in the service Can’t get a refund because it has to come from the organiser. Been sending emails to your agents and replies come back with stupid questions like what’s my order number when I’ve already provided on several previous emails , just wasting time and not getting my query resolved Kind regards

Delivery fees cover costs such as developing our e-ticket technology, providing ticket scanners at events, providing staff to manage entry, designing of tickets and more. What a bunch of amateurs. I paid for a season ticket at my local football team and they didn't send it to me until 2 games into the season so I missed the first game of the season then they said it was my fault as they didn't have my address! shambles they did have my address as you need to fill all fields in when you purchase the ticket and it wont let pay if you haven't entered all the info required. I complained but they just mugged me off. don't use these people if you can help it. Micky mouse firm

I was very unhappy that although there was an optional tick box to "save my card details" it was impossible to untick this box. I never store my card details on websites, and I was very close to not completing the purchase but I was buying important tickets for a special event for some one so I had no choice.

My order wouldn’t go through, the site kept freezing and so it took 3 attempts before it went through. I was concerned my payment had been taken 3 times.

when it’s 2019 and the only pay-option is credit card. I’m not a credit card holder so you’re kind of blocking people out of it.

Doesn't tell you immediately that you cannot buy more than 1 ticket. Requires TOO MUCH extra information regarding personal details such as id no and profile picture if signing with fb. Very disappointed.
