Our mission at Ticket Arena is to provide consumers and gig-promoters with a better way to buy and sell tickets online. Don’t agree with paying to get in a venue then said venue insisting using ticket arena to cream more money off people 🤷🏻‍♀️

Unable to use Amex. Form not recognised to pick up your card details stored to phone so have to type in manually. Charge £1 admin fee for no apparent reason and want to charge and extra 30p for an e ticket?!

I want a refund! I bought a ticket and wasn't allowed in because I wasn't on the guestlist, I was never told I had to be on the guest list even though I bought a ticket!

Tickets supposed to be on sale at 9am. This did not happen. Eventually they were put on but the website kept crashing constantly. Took me an hour and 30 minutes to buy a ticket. A shoddy site

Not easy to work through the website, but possible - but in this case quite bewildering as there is no map of which stand is which! The three stands offered do not include the one we stood just a few weeks ago...

i payed extra for a refundable ticket. Yet when i went to return them it was the spanish inquisition. I needed proof of an illness or a serious accident happened. When people return tickets it may be because plans have changed, and thats ok. Not clear from the refundable option that it had to be that serious. Felt tricked and would not have bought them if i'd known. Complete waste of money.

It’s quite weird to charge an extra 30p to get an Apple Wallet pass. This pass could just as easily be linked to in an email (see almost every other website which deals with tickets), then you wouldn’t incur the expense of a text message.

You need to improve the reaction time when selecting areas when pressing on entries. I purchased tickets and the info saved on my Google Pay and settings on my mobile where not synchronized... I have tickets for a future show without my name on it but with my first line of my address. I hope this won't be an issue when moving into the show.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Booking fees are added to each ticket to cover the costs involved in providing our ticketing service. We do not take a penny of the face value cost of a ticket - 100% of the face value is passed on to the event organisers running the event. Without these booking fees, we wouldn’t be able to provide our service to you, our customer. Included in the booking fees, and any additional e-ticket delivery fees, are card payment processing costs, customer service and account handling costs, secure server maintenance and development costs, and a number of other costs involved in providing our service.
