Website kept freezing and refreshing. My card details weren’t accepted by the website so I had to use credit card. And my ticket got booked by the wrong address

I was using my mobile phone but the site is extremely slow and it kept taking me back to the start of the que. I got into the que at 9:20 and complete my purchase 20 minutes later after refreshing the page several times

Hi, Sadly the experience I just had to get my tickets was very frustrating. I was in queue to get the Afronation Tickets and when it was finally my turn to get my tickets I was kicked out and put back into the queue what make me lose my tickets and forced me to get the tickets at a way higher price than it was supposed to be. it would be nice if someone could contact me about this incident so that we can look for a solution together.

I spent 1 hour and almost 3 quaters trying to book online. it even brought me to tears i got so stressed. i was determined to get through it s i have no time to come to the office in Valetta. My mum arrives Saturday. Thankfully i managed after the very kind help of Brenden who was extremely patient with me. He very kindly talked me through the booking process after trying several times myself. The site wouldn't accept my email Gmail and it works perfectly well. then the adresse didnt match, i later realised u could manually put it in but it wasn't clear in the beginning. then the processing wouldnt process. eventually i logged in with f.b and change my debit card to viza just to see if it would work and finally it worked. the booking for me was extremely complicated and difficult. but i did it in the end. Thank God. i was on the phone a long time it must have cost a fair bit. nevermind.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Booking fees are added to each ticket to cover the costs involved in providing our ticketing service. We do not take a penny of the face value cost of a ticket - 100% of the face value is passed on to the event organisers running the event. Without these booking fees, we wouldn’t be able to provide our service to you, our customer. Included in the booking fees, and any additional e-ticket delivery fees, are card payment processing costs, customer service and account handling costs, secure server maintenance and development costs, and a number of other costs involved in providing our service. The process was efficient but in practice the prepaid drinks were extortionate. Costing GBP 2.00 every time the device was used, including to put credit onto the device, on top of the overpriced drinks. This means of selling drinks in a venue would factor in my choice not to attend the event at all.
