I’m from Holland, had to call around for someone that has I credit card. If Afro Nation would have announce this on time, i wouldn’t have seen all the cheap tickets slide out of my hand !!!

I wanted a vip ticket at the same price it wouldn’t let me purchace, after I bought I standard ticket for the same money the vip tickets appeared again for the same price im so angry

As I wanted to purchase two tickets on the Pre-Sale of the AfroNation Festival, I registered myself for the Pre-Sale. This step worked very well. Today I had the chance to buy the Tickets but over 10 times I missfailed due to a message which said that the authentication of my credit card didn't work. On the 11 time I tried it with the monthly payment which worked on the first try. With the same credit card. But now I have to pay monthly the ticket and the price is much higher than the payment once at all. The Service center couldn't help me afterwards what Is a very bad experience for me.

There is little to no customer protection. After the event was rescheduled I was not provided with a refund, and the organiser gave no real reasoning. Unfortunately Ticket Arena was also unable to supply me with a refund either. Very disappointed

When attempted to book lower price tickets it keep throwing me back to ticket selection page. Then I was thrown out when trying to make purchase, then went back in queue and the price increased. I ended up paying £90 more for the event!!!! Disatisfied, feel that these errors were intentional to get customers to pay more

It’s a really stressful experience with no hope of getting the cheaper tickets no matter how early you enter the queue. Better system is required.

First we were put in Q and after that we could not even by the tickets.. as it was not processing correctly and that after I finally bought the tickets.. the cheaper ones were available.. If you are aware a lot of people are gonna be on the site then you should have better contingency plans.

Waited 35 minutes to view tickets, I clicked on the confirmation email as I received it at 9:01 as I was keeping an eye on my email. Waiting time is ridiculous. when I was finally let on the page, early bird vip and super early vip was sold out. Later I refreshed the page early bird was available I clicked on early bird and checked out only for me to view my confirmation email and see my ticket type was 1st release which is obviously more expensive than early bird. When back to the site to see early bird was sold out and there was super early was available. Call customer support regarding the issue and ask to change my ticket type to early bird the guy was waffling talking about I can’t change my tickets type, why’s that, when I am not asking for a refund or change payment detail just to change my ticket type to early bird which shows is available on the website. I am fuming to be honest paying £249 for tickets I initially chose early birds for £200. Why can’t I change my ticket type?????

This event was of extremely high demand and there were only a limited number of tickets. We monitored the on sale closely and no issues with the site were identified. Due to a high demand for tickets, tickets may be displayed as 'sold out' because tickets are still in customers' baskets. If this order is not completed, then the tickets will go back on sale to be purchased. I believe this is what happened in your case. I don't understand why I paid the price of the 2nd Release VIP tickets even though prices for super early birds or early birds tickets were available after my payment.
