Had to join a waiting queue 5 separate times since every time the page finally loaded it didn’t have a box to click to say complete the order or it just wouldn’t let me enter my details.

Tried using email Would not recognise my password tried register as a new user. but it said email already in use. Tried resetting password by clicking 'forgot password' and using the link sent to my email address. tried this 3 times without success. Eventually used Facebook.

Whenever I have used ticket arena, i have encountered problems. Mainly when getting a refund from ‘drinks vouchers/wristbands’ every time it tells me my email account is already registered, so I reset the password, then it says I can’t use my bank details because they’re registered already. Took months and months to get a refund. Finally got refund when I stated that I was giving up and requested an email address for who to write a formal complaint to.

It wasn't possible to opt out of communications and not pay the 30p excess for Fast E-scan tickets, selecting an option for either input would reset the other input.

These cover more than just delivery costs and can vary from event to event depending on the hardware and operational costs we incur in order to help run the event. Delivery fees cover costs such as developing our e-ticket technology, providing ticket scanners at events, providing staff to manage entry, designing of tickets and more. Ticket delivery was incorrect. Sent email raising problem but no response (was day before event) so had to call when problem was resolved If hadn't noticed problem & had time to call, would not have received tickets. Quicker response needed to email queries

They Took as much money as they could off the public then canceled the event all in the space of a few days, still no refund as yet but If it doesn’t come soon I’ll be getting other body’s involved. Not impressed at all.

This process was a total waste. Took the proper precautions to purchase credit for wristband, only to be faced with a 2 hour wait at the event. Lastly, there were several notes regarding the fact that this was a cash-free event. Yet, there were several cash bars/restaurants available. And what was VIP for! We received no special access to anything. Never again. I won’t be there next year

Ugh. Black website, dark grey tick boxes. Fields on dropdowns not showing up. Password reset tells me my new password is [password]. Rip off extras (insurance for £4 whgagt a load of bollox). Worst ticket experience of the past few years, and that's saying something. Oh, and as for reviews.co.uk, I do not agree to the clause that states "You agree to compensate us and our respective directors, officers, employees, and applicable third parties in full from and against all third party claims, liabilities, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) suffered by such persons arising out of, or related to or which may arise from Your Content and/or any breach by You of any term of these Terms and Conditions.." So if you don't agree to me not agreeing, then don't publish this.

Glitchy and unsecure via instagram link for Afronation Ghana. I tried so many times to book a ticket and it did not go through. I had to go through the partner site.
