“It was an awful experience, I was there at the time we were supposed to be there and it took me 26 minutes to open the store and choose my ticket. Of course I've missed the early birds tickets. It didn't made any sense.”

“The price changed as soon as my order went through, before I had completed the order, the final price was £211.68, then once I clicked pay and it showed my order confirmation, the price was then £232.23. Absolute scam, I am in the process of contacting support for either the reminder to be refunded or a full refund. Disgrace.”

“It was a scam. I bought tickets for a 2020 festival. Now, 2 years later, you say the ticket isn't refundable. It was too much Expensive, and now are being sold for half of the price paid at the time.”

“The waiting time was abysmal, making me miss the superearly and the early bird. I spent 40 on the waiting list. Then there was a big limitation on the ways to pay, not having PayPal available was bad, I had to create a temporary credit card for it.”
