I don't like : Must be register. The ticket are only send by email. No PayPal.

Because i keep receiving mails saying i forgot something but i already paid the tickets and i have a mail that says my ticket number and confirming my order.

Absolutely disgraceful service! I Bought a ticket for the Will Sparks event at Motion back in November. I went to search for the ticket on my email on the day of the event. Turns out they never actually sent me an email or text confirmation. I then had to buy another ticket, as I couldn’t locate my previous purchased ticket anywhere. After purchasing the second ticket, this again never gets sent to me until the morning after the event!! Incredibly fortunate that one of my mates wasn’t able to make it to the event, which meant I had a spare ticket. Otherwise, I would’ve had to have splashed out for another ticket on the door! Please can someone arrange for this money to be refunded to my account?
