Unable to switch from paying plan to paying a full ticket which I purchased a minute prior to purchasing. Customer service agent was rude and misleading, gave information opposite to what is on policy. Would use a legit ticket agent next time or book direct with event.

I had tickets at just done 12 went through the process added card details. Took ages to go through then bounced me to home page. Called in after checking the site as you state may take a while for confirmation email. Called up a while later to be told you could see the request but no money taken. So I missed out on the early prices. Other websites ie. young Vic etc tell you that you’ve timed out of their system is slow. First and last time using you

Tried to sign in with my email, it said incorrect password. Reset my password and still couldn't login. It isn't right that I had to sign in with Facebook to purchase my tickets

If i could put 0 i would! Absolutely terrible customer service. Section 18 of the checkout terms and conditions sent out at time of purchase clearly state that if the event is cancelled or rescheduled we will be offered a refund or entitled to attend the new event. Section 7 of the terms on the website clearly state that if you CANNOT attend the rescheduled event you WILL offer a refund for the full face value of the ticket.. yet you are still refusing to refund people for afronation. So much for a fair refund policy!! Not only in this ... under the consumer rights act 2015 schedule 2 Consumer contract terms which may be regarded as unfair... Part 1 section 19 a term may regarded as unfair if a term has the object or effect to transfer the the traders rights and obligations under the contract, where this may reduce guarantees for the consumer, without the consumers agreement. You have done this by saying the refund is down to the discretion of afronation.. the payment was made to ticketarena so surely my contract is with you?! This is absolutely crazy

Ticketing system failed to process my initial credit card transaction then after that I was only able to pay for the 2nd tier price costing me an extra £15 for the 2 tickets

Forbidden Forest - What a nightmare. Late receiving link on messenger. Multiple issues when going from order to payment, which eventually mean't re-entering from link. Got 2 tickets whilst a friend waited 20 minutes, and whilst doing so arranged someone else to try incase. Now as a group we have 6 tickets against the 4 needed and will need to resell.
