“I searched for about a week for a Birdseye pattern tie to go with a Glen Plaid patterned scarf. Very hard to find in U.S. So ordered tie and bow tie. Love them and the service!”

“Ordering was simple and straightforward. Communication was lacking though. The order was sent to a different address and no email confirming despatch or delivery was received. The information on the website under My Account also gave little clue as to what stage the order was in.”

Hi! Glad you liked the product and the site. Sorry information about the order didn't reach you. I can see an email confirming the order was sent Dec 21 and an order confirming despatch on Dec 22.
