“Tierooms service was good. I couldn't track my parcel and it wasn't delivered so I called and spoke to Niklaus who found out they had tried to deliver it at 7 in the morning but never rang the buzzer. He sent a new package out by Fedex and it arrived the next day. Well done Niklaus !”

“Delivery was super quick and the packaging had a nice personal touch to it. There was a message inside and it was beautifully wrapped up. Will definitely use this company again... it's just a shame I have to wear company issued ties to work!”

“I searched for about a week for a Birdseye pattern tie to go with a Glen Plaid patterned scarf. Very hard to find in U.S. So ordered tie and bow tie. Love them and the service!”
